Benjamin got a black eye the other day. He and Leo were playing (rough-housing, actually - you know how little boys can be!) and they bumped into eachother. Benjamin's eye and Leo's head collided. Less than an hour later, his eye started swelling and changing color.

I took these photos last night - its a deep red/purple now. Benjamin's not in much pain anymore. He is enjoying checking it out in the mirror each day to see what color it is!

Boys will be boys, I guess. But it hurts to look at that poor eye. I am glad he's not in much pain anymore.
